Borderlands
So I have bought Borderlands about two months ago. Personally, I'm a first-person shooter type, but in all reality I play every game genre except racing and sports. I cannot stand the cars and sports. This game satisfied my FPS needs, and also my RPG at the same time. I really like the variety of weapons there are to choose from. How the characters have different special abilities and weapon specialities. The game overall just blew my mind. The DLC was also great. Facing Crawmerax multiple times was fun.
Fallout 3
So recently, I just bought Fallout 3. I beat the main story in about five hours. I did not do any side quests, just flew threw the story. I really liked the story line and the game play. The graphics were good for the system. I didn't realize that the game was made by the same company as the creators of The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, which kind of made sense why the gameplay was so familiar to the game. I was a fan of Elder Scrolls and this game made me feel interested into RPG's again.
Dead Rising 2
I got the Dead Rising 2 Zombrex Edition. I really liked the art book it came with, the Zombrex ad book, the extra disc with the Webisode of Rising Sun, and the survival card. One thing I did not get, was the Zombrex pen and the band aid. I was highly upset. That's the one thing I was looking forward to. The game was a step up from Dead Rising. Personally I did not like the first game. Once I got into DR2, I really got into the killing! Especially combining the chainsaw with the motorbike. I love the fact that there are so many zombies around for never endless zombies. I recently got the Zomnbie Genocide Master achievement (20 Gamescore). I love killing zombies!
Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Vegas
This game caught my attention through word of mouth. I really didn't know what to expect, but after playing for a while, I decided it wasn't my cup of tea.
Call of Duty: Black Ops (Zombies)
I would have to say that the story was alright game play. I like that they went with a Vietnam theme, but it was too blah. The Multiplayer was okay, I mean I just didn't like the short levels, and it needed more weapons. Now onto the good part. ZOMBIES!!! I mean pretty much everyone has play the Zombies mode on World At War or Black Ops. I mean there is a point where it does get repetitive, but playing online with others gets rid of the repetitiveness. Just the variety of weapons and the upgrade system is just beastly. I mean if you don't know what I am talking about, watch videos now.
Wolfenstein
I rented this game off of Gamefly recently, and I do say that I really do like the style of the game play. It plays just like a Call of Duty game, similar controls. It really kind of fools you into thinking that its a typical WWII game, but then it adds in the mysterious affect of aliens from a different dimension.
